One of Mackay’s biggest healthcare facilities is up for sale with no set price tag.
Sydney commercial real estate firm JLL Australia has listed the Willetts Health Precinct in Mount Pleasant on the market and is seeking expressions of interest.
The property boasts two freestanding day hospitals located in the heart of Mackay’s key healthcare precinct, directly opposite the Mater Private Hospital Mackay and Emergency Care Centre.
The Willetts Rd precinct spans across four separate titles including three purpose built freestanding healthcare facilities totalling 2458 sqm of NLA and a 2000 sqm development site.
A listing describes the property as offering “significant development potential” and a “securely leased healthcare investment”.
