A woman in her 70s has been taken to hospital in a critical condition after a crash at West Mackay on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to Lagoon St, after a vehicle crashed into a bollard at 10:50am.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the crash was “minor” and had been caused by the woman suffering a medical episode while driving.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the woman was transported to Mackay Base Hospital in a critical condition.
