Kawasaki stolen bike found in middle of cane field
The motorbike had an extra hour on the meter after thieves took it ‘goon riding’.

A MOTORBIKE that was stolen during a ram-raid at Mackay Kawasaki was located in a Farleigh cane field on Wednesday afternoon.
The bike was found deep in the middle of the field on Dumbleton Rd by passersby who noticed the tyre tracks.
Mackay Kawasaki co-owner Luke Burgess shared his appreciation for the community's support in tracking down the stolen 2020 FX250.
"Bike has no damage, except for an extra hour on the hour meter of goon riding," he said.
"Found it in middle of a cane paddock in Farleigh thanks to some good people who tracked it down."
The news of the break-in spread quickly after the Mackay business posted CCTV and photos of the damage on Facebook Wednesday morning.
A stolen red 2013 Toyota LandCruiser, which was taken from Andergrove on Monday, was used to ram the automated front doors three times to allow a masked man wearing one glove to enter the business.
