Emergency crews are responding to a single vehicle rollover on a rural road northwest of Mackay.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said police, firefighters and paramedics were called to a private property along Maraju-Yakapari Rd at Balnagowan shortly before 1pm.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a four-wheel-drive had left the road and gone down an embankment.
She said paramedics were assessing one male patient in his 40s with injuries to his leg and shoulder.
