The court heard Mr Dunworth was on parole at the time and an application had been made to the Parole Board in relation to cancelling the order.

At this stage it is unknown if a return to prison warrant will be issued. His case was adjourned to Tuesday for mention or a bail application.

The court heard Ms Smith was also facing a number of other charges including trafficking - those matters were listed for mention in early May.

Prosecutor Harry Coburn elected indictment for Ms Smith's aggravated drug and cash possession charges, meaning those matters would be committed to the supreme court.

Her matters were adjourned until late July for committal mention, with a bail application to occur on May 5.
