A 21-year-old man has crashed his motorbike and fallen into a creek near The Leap

Paramedics have rushed to the scene of a serious crash where a 21-year-old man crashed his motorbike off a bridge and into the creek below.

A 21-year-old motorbike rider is in a life-threatening condition after crashing off a bridge and landing in a creek on Saturday.

Paramedics were called to Yakapari Seaforth Rd in the Leap at around 1.30pm.

It’s understood the motorbike went off a bridge and into a tree before ending up in Constant Creek, north-west of Mackay.

Three ambulance crews were on scene trying to help the man out of the creek.

He was rushed to Mackay Base Hospital at around 2.42pm Saturday afternoon in a critical but stable condition.
