Paramedics called to fallen rider in Cathu State Forest

Paramedics are with a motorbike rider who crashed in a hard-to-reach area within a national park between Mackay and Proserpine.
Queensland Ambulance Service crews were directed to the site where the rider is in Cathu State Forest, north of Mackay, after triple-0 calls came in about 12.10pm Saturday.
It is understood the man, in his 20s, had been riding when he came off his motorbike while going about 60kmh near a waterfall within the state forest.

Ambulance crews needed to travel some distance to reach the fallen rider.
