Man hospitalised after e-scooter and car crash in Andergrove

A man has suffered leg injuries in an electric scooter crash on a busy road.
Emergency services responded to the car vs electric scooter accident in Andergrove just before 2pm today.
The incident occurred near the roundabout connecting Keeleys Rd, Andergrove Rd, and Oak St.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said they were treating a man in his 20s who suffered leg injuries in the crash.
He was transported to Mackay Base Hospital in a stable condition.
A Queensland Fire spokesperson said they had one crew on scene who assisted to disconnect the battery of the electric scooter.
Two hours later, multiple people were treated by ambulance crews following a car accident in North Mackay.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said they were assessing four patients at the scene who all seemed to be in a stable condition.
Emergency services attended the corner of Malcomson Street and Norris Road after a two vehicle crash was reported just before 4pm.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said the northbound side of Malcomson Street was currently closed.
Queensland Fire were assisting with cleanup.
