Mackay and Isaac’s Australia Day award nominations released

The community has spoken, and more than 200 Mackay and Isaac locals have been named for Australia Day Awards across 16 different categories. Read the full list here.

Mackay and Isaac are regions that are filled with wonderful people who spend their lives making their communities a better place.

Every Australia Day, the region’s model citizens are recognised across the country for their service to the community.

Mackay and Isaac received more than 200 individual resident nominations across 16 different categories.
