Motivation to get off the coach and into exercise can sometimes be hard to find, but one gym owner says it is a habit that can be created.
City Fitness owner Steve Eden said when it comes to your own fitness journey, it is important to set a realistic goal, focus on it and start pursuing it.
He said many people were often motivated and controlled by others, but he wanted people to take individual responsibility and turn it into a habit.
This can happen by seeing the importance and realising the need to live healthy and set it as a priority.
