Mackay Hospital and Health Service is taking walk-ins until 3pm at the community hub at the CQUniversity Mackay City Campus in Sydney Street.
The clinical team will discuss whether Pfizer or AstraZeneca is the appropriate vaccine.
Take your Medicare card if you head down to get a shot.
If you can’t make it today, register your interest at www.health.qld.gov.au/vaccinebookings and you will be invited via email to book a time when appointments are available.
