Loved ones are reeling after the tragic death of a Kuttabul mother of two Natalie Magann as friends offer heartfelt tributes and support for her grieving family.
The 37 year old has been described as a “beautiful soul who left this world too soon”.
Her family said they were “devastated by the passing of our adored Natalie”.
“We will always remember Nat as the fun loving, adventurous and generous wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunty, cousin, friend and work colleague,” her family said in a statement.
“Her loss leaves a huge hole in all those who knew her.”
Mrs Magann died in a horror crush incident as she was working under a body truck with her husband Warren at their Kuttabul home.
A tilt tray at the back of the truck was being lifted and held up by a strap, which snapped and fell pinning Natalie underneath just before 2pm on July 2.
Mr Magann and some nearby police officers managed to lift the tray and remove her from underneath.
The officers then began CPR in a desperate attempt to save her life until paramedics including critical care arrived and took over.
Tragically she died at her Sorensens Rd property where she had lived for more than a decade.
Family and friends will farewell the devoted mother later this month in a heartfelt service honouring her memory.
On a funeral notice Hayley Jensen said Mrs Magann was “a beautiful kind soul who left this world too soon”.
“Will be missed dearly by her loved ones and anyone who knew her,” Ms Jensen said.
Lynelle Carson wrote “our sincerest condolences to you all”.
“May your happy memories of Natalie give you peace and comfort during this challenging time,” she wrote.
“Out hearts go out to you.”
Hanna Groves said, “There are simply no words that I could say that will make this situation any better.
“Natalie was a very special person and always had a way to make people feel wanted and welcomed.
“She was such a down to earth character and will be missed by so many.”
