A man has faced court charged with causing grievous bodily harm following an alleged incident in Mackay earlier this year.
Isaak Anthony Johnson wore a white shirt in the Mackay Magistrates court on Tuesday, October 7 for his first mention since the alleged offence occurred.
The man was charged on January 6 in Mirani and released on bail.
A brief of evidence will be provided by police in his case before November 10 for his matter to be heard for a committal mention on November 24.
His appearance was excused.
