Police, fire and ambulance crews rushed to the scene of a single-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway north of Mackay on Tuesday morning.
It is understood a car smashed into a tree near Bloomsbury about 10.30am.
An ambulance spokesman said three patients had been assessed at the scene, two males in their 20s and a female in her 20s.
RACQ CQ Rescue airlifted a man in a stable condition with back and leg injuries to Mackay Hospital.
The other male and female both suffered back injuries and were transported in a stable condition to Proserpine Hospital.
The police received a call out to the crash at 10.35am, a police spokesman said.
The police suspect the vehicle involved may have been stolen.
A fire crew was also called out to the job.
