A woman with a double-degree has given a rare insight into the “fascinating” adult entertainment industry that is helping university students earn up to $5000 a week.

From topless waitressing to bucks parties to sex toy demonstrations, Elise has more than 1000 women on her books “from all over Australia”.

They are wielding their sex appeal to earn big while studying to become professionals like doctors, lawyers, pilots and more.

The Sunshine Coast business woman, who studied environmental management and occupational health and safety, said she began in the industry as a ‘skimpy’, a bartender there to entertain the pub patrons.

She travelled to mining towns across Perth working as a topless waitress and stripper.

Elise said she loved the experience and “saved so much money” she decided to upskill, learning how to put on shows and manage staff to start her own agency, Elises Angels.

Women signing on as Angels have their own ABN and can apply for jobs posted online across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Byron Bay, southeast Queensland, Airlie Beach, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Canberra and New Zealand.

“It’s completely up to them the hours that they want to work, and how frequent they want to work,” Elise said.

“Some jobs are topless, some jobs are nude. Some girls don’t do nude so they don’t apply for those ones.

“There’s absolutely no obligation in what they have to do.

“A lot of the girls are students or they work other jobs or they’re using the money, the financial freedom that they gain from the job, to better themselves in other areas.

“They might have a little business or side hustle that they can focus all their energy into because they only have to work say 10 hours a week … and they can make enough that a full time job would provide.

‘I DID A DOUBLE MAJOR, STRIPPED WHOLE WAY THROUGH’

“For example, I studied and did a double major, and I stripped the whole way through.

“I don’t know how people manage to work normal jobs while studying … I’ve had so many girls message me saying, ‘Thank you for the job. I’ve saved for a house now’.

“One girl … she saved $60,000 in like three months or something ridiculous.”

Elise said whether the girls worked as waitresses or put on shows at bucks parties, there was a “very strict” rule in force at all times.

“There’s absolutely no sexual services provided,” she said.

“We do get asked all the time and I make it very clear to my girls that if they ever do perform any sexual services on my bookings, then it’s instant dismissal.

“If our girls get asked then they will leave (the job) … basically as wild as we’ll go (are) the show performances.

“The shows can involve the buck and also the groom’s party and they’re a big performance.

“It could be like a dominatrix-style show so they whip the buck a little bit or they play with fire.

“The girls do use toys as well.”

Elise said most Angels learned how to use toys in an observe and practice-type arrangement, with confidence growing over time.

‘YOU FORGET YOU’RE EVEN TOPLESS’

But when starting out as a topless waitress, the nerves were quick to disappear.

“You forget that you’re even topless and guys are complimenting you all the time so it is good for the ego,” she said with a laugh.

“But you also learn how to be really firm with your boundaries and there are always going to be intoxicated guys who try and push the limits.”

She said this confidence then spread to “every aspect” of the women’s lives.

Elise said there were always at least two girls at every buck’s party for safety reasons.

Guys also had to show IDs and sign off on terms and conditions before jobs could proceed.

The women also logged their location and had the local police on speed dial.

“If someone does something disrespectful or tries to grab you or is overstepping boundaries, then you are allowed to leave,” she said.

Elise said candidates for the line of work must have the right personality and take care of themselves aesthetically.

There were no restrictions on height, weight or age with clients putting in requests for curvier women.

She said while most were in their 20s to 30s, guys preferred someone charismatic, bubbly and energetic rather than a “beautiful, smoking hot woman” who did not interact.

“Our minimum booking is two hours,” she said.

“So we pay $110 an hour for topless and $210 an hour for nude.”

Elise said many guys requested the women stay longer with it possible to walk out of a job with $2000-$3000.

Despite the high earning potential, Elise said it was difficult to recruit, as Seek banned her ads and LinkedIn had booted her.

Her recent post on Facebook for girls to work across the Mackay and Whitsundays attracted those quick to say the industry was degrading.

“There’s people who want to bring us down or judge us,” she said.

“I find it’s normally (from) people that would never have the confidence to do the job.

“So you know, there’s either some kind of resentment or some kind or projection of their own stuff … just mind your own business and carry on, scroll on.”
