Logan Motorway crash: Delays up to 60 minutes following multi-vehicle incident at Parkinson
A person has sustained life-threatening injuries and commuters are facing 60-minute delays after a serious multi-vehicle truck crash on the Logan Motorway that closed multiple lanes in both directions.

Motorists are still facing 60-minute delays after a serious multi-vehicle truck crash on a motorway south of Brisbane, while three southbound lanes of the M1 have been closed following a crash on the Gold Coast.
Emergency crews rushed to Logan Motorway near the Paradise Road on-ramp in Parkinson after two trucks and a third vehicle collided about 6:26am.
Delays peaked at 90 minutes, about 7.30am when the eastbound and westbound lanes were both affected, with the eastbound lanes completely closed to oncoming traffic. The Paradise Road on-ramp was also completely blocked, police say.
While the crash had been cleared, motorists were still experiencing hour-long delays along the Logan Motorway at 8am.

A man in his 30s with life-threatening leg injuries and another person in a stable condition were taken to the Princess Alexandra hospital. A third person was taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.
Meanwhile, A multi-vehicle crash on the Gold Coast M1 which blocked lanes has caused lengthy delays for peak hour traffic.
A Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) spokeswoman said three cars were involved in the crash which occurred near the Lahrs Rd off-ramp (exit 45) about 7.10am on Tuesday.

Three people were assessed by paramedics for minor injuries. Two were transported to Logan Hospital, while a third person was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital. All were in stable conditions. Their injuries weren’t believed to be serious.
