Global pop sensation Katy Perry has allegedly “argued” with a staff member at a cafe in Queensland because there was no room for the star and her daughter.
Indianna Paull said the music icon visited the cafe she works at in Port Douglas in Far North Queensland on Saturday, but she didn’t recognise the A-lister at first because of Ms Perry’s disguise of a hat and sunglasses.
Ms Paull said she told the customer they did not have any tables available at the time.
In a TikTok video, Ms Paull claimed Ms Perry “argued” with her at first, however, thanked her later and gave her a sizeable tip for treating her like “an everyday person”.
Ms Perry, who was at the cafe with her daughter Daisy Dove, is in Australia with husband Orlando Bloom, 45, as he films the new movie Wizards!
The duo were spotted arriving at Sydney Airport last week, flanked by staff and security as they went incognito in caps and face masks.
Bloom, 45, was pictured carrying the couple’s daughter, whom he concealed from waiting paparazzi with a baby blanket.
Perry, 37, trailed closely behind her fiance.
Bloom’s 11-year-old son Flynn – who he shares with his Australian ex-wife, actress Miranda Kerr – also joined the couple.
Bloom is expected to be filming alongside Pete Davidson and other stars for the next three months.
