With just a month until Christmas, the Queensland Times is launching this year’s annual Adopt A Family Appeal to deliver some festive cheer where it is needed most.
Together with local organisations Hannah’s House, Centro Church, Ipswich Community Youth Service and The Base Support Service, we will be connecting those who want to help with a family in need this Christmas.
The four organisations have nominated a list of families who need our support this year.
None of the families will be identified, but information including their age and gender will be provided so adoptees know a little more about what each family might need.
All hampers should be delivered to the nominated drop-off points in time for the organisations to hand them over to the families for Christmas Day.
To adopt one of the below families, call the relevant contact person and let them know which family you would like to adopt, and ask how you can help them this Christmas.
