“[He] is flogging the c****.”

Another vicious video shows a boy being dropped to the ground by a Rosewood High student who landed one brutal blow to the boy’s jaw.

In another video posted to a fight club account, a young Ipswich teen from Rosewood pleads with a girl to “please stop,” as she struggles to keep her aggressor at bay.

The girl tried to walk away but her relentless attacker dragged her around by her bag, forcing a teacher to step in and protect the victim.

Students could be heard laughing and cheering on the attacker.

The shocking revelation of the videos came after Brassall State School parents spoke out against a culture of bullying and violence at Ipswich schools.

Dad Mark Peters said his 14-year-old daughter was attacked by two students at a park down the road from Ipswich State High School, and he feared the violent behaviour was prevalent throughout all levels of schooling.

“It breeds criminals, it really does,” he said.

Mr Peters’ wife Natasha said students needed more support and protection and noted how, “all the beating each other up in the park is seen by the little kids”.

“What we want is to make sure that the kids that can’t be moved out [schools where fighting is happening] … there is some resolution for them to feel safe and get an education there.”

A Department of Education spokeswoman said the department was aware some students used social media to film and share ‘inappropriate material’.

“Every state school provides detailed information about local school policies on the use of student owned technology at school and use of social media, including possible sanctions when expectations are not met,” she said.

“State schools also have access to specialist advice and support from the department’s … information and technologies branch on student use of mobile devices through procedures and guidelines.

“The department has a dedicated cyber-safety team, which assists schools in responding to and preventing online issues.

“Schools inform the cyber-safety team of accounts posting fight videos when they emerge, and the videos are reported to the social media platforms.

“The team also provides general cyber-safety and cyber-bullying information and links to available resources for schools and parents.”

The spokeswoman said principals deal with cyber-safety as part of mainstream conversation in schools.

“Parents concerned about cyber-bullying should immediately raise the matter with school staff,” she said.
