Three teens are facing multiple charges including kidnapping, assault and extortion after allegedly bundling a man into a car and making demands for money while driving around Ipswich last week.

Detectives from Ipswich Criminal Investigation Branch have charged three people in relation to an alleged assault in Brassall on November, 6.
Emergency services to called to Henry Street property about 10.15pm after a man was reportedly being held against his will by a group of unknown men.
A 26-year-old Brassall man was found with non-life-threatening injuries at the property, and was taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment.
It will be alleged three people threatened the man with weapons, forcing him into a vehicle before driving him around the Ipswich area for a period of time while making demands for money.
Following extensive investigations, police executed search warrants at separate properties in Redbank Plains and Brassall on November 22, leading to the subsequent arrest of two men.
An 18-year-old Redbank Plains man has been charged with one count each of kidnapping, extortion, assaults occasioning bodily harm, receiving tainted property, obtaining or dealing with identification information and fraud.
An 18-year-old Springfield man has been charged with one count each of kidnapping, extortion, assaults occasioning bodily harm.
Both were remanded in custody, and are due to reappear at Ipswich Magistrates Court of December 15.
On November 24, police executed a search warrant at a property in Crestmead and took a 17-year-old into custody.
He has been charged with one count each of kidnapping, extortion, assaults occasioning bodily harm, possessing dangerous drugs and receiving tainted property.
He was remanded in custody, and is due to reappear at Ipswich Children’s Count on January 16.
