Families travelled from across the Ipswich District to visit the spectacular Christmas light display at the Nicholas Street Precinct in the heart of Ipswich.
Ipswich Mayor Teresa Harding said the council run event was oozing with festive spirit for the whole family to enjoy.
“The highlight of festivities in Ipswich shifts to our city’s revitalised urban heart, the Nicholas Street Precinct, which has been merrily transformed into the St Nicholas Precinct,” Mayor Harding said.
“The precinct is home to a dazzling array of lights and magical moments, part of a citywide program of events, carnivals and carols that will transport the best of the North Pole to suburbs across Ipswich.”
After 10 days of entertainment, Santa visits, and tasty food trucks, the precinct wrapped up its final night of festivities on Sunday 19, December 2021.
