The three people charged after cocaine, cannabis and three firearms were allegedly found following a drug bust across three properties west of Brisbane have been revealed.
Search warrants were executed by Ipswich detectives at Redbank Plains, Karalee and Rosevale on March 6 as part of investigations into weapons offences, where police seized three firearms, 6kg of cannabis, 20g of cocaine and $7000 in cash.
Andrew Mackenzie, 50, from Karalee, has been charged with being in possession of a Category A (firearm), a Category M (crossbow) and a quantity of ammunition.
He was expected to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on March 27.
Melissa Wood, 38, from Redbank Plains, has been charged with one count each of possession of over schedule drug quantities of cocaine and cannabis, drug utensils, ammunition, property suspected of being proceeds of crime and possess things used in commission of a crime.
It will be alleged a hydroponic setup was used to produce cannabis at the Redbank Plains property, which was also seized.
Ms Wood was expected to appear before the Ipswich Magistrates Court on March 27.
Amber Foord, 41, from Rosevale, has been charged with one count each of possession of a Category A firearm, dangerous drugs, and drug utensils and will appear before the Ipswich Magistrates Court on April 3.
