A Brisbane hospital has given an update on the condition of a teenage girl who was hit by a car while riding her bicycle in Redbank Plains on Monday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for the Princess Alexandra Hospital said the girl was still at the hospital and was now in a stable condition.
The teenager was riding her bike near the intersection of Henty Drive and Redbank Plains Rd when the accident happened about 5pm.
She was rushed to the hospital in a serious condition with a head and arm injury.
A Queensland police spokeswoman said the female driver of the car was not injured and police were investigating the incident.
