ICB blocked up truck and car crash causes bumper to bumper traffic
Brisbane’s inner city is in traffic meltdown this morning after a serious crash between a truck and car. A large protest in the CBD is also adding to significant delays.

A CRASH on the Inner City Bypass is blocking up a number of lanes with major delays expected.
Long delays are expected in the eastbound lanes heading towards Kingsford Smith Drive as emergency services try to clear the scene.

A truck and a car were involved in the crash just after the Legacy Way Exit, which has caused delays up to at least 30 minutes.

The incident has also affected traffic on the Pacific Mwy’s northbound lanes at Woolloongabba.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene at around 6:43am and two people are currently being accessed for injuries.
Meanwhile, climate change activists are protesting outside Parliament House in George St this morning.
About 50 protesters have gathered with police in attendance.
