The year so far has not even hit the halfway mark, but already Gympie has seen some blockbuster house sales in 2021.
According to Property Value by CoreLogic the Gold City has a median sale price of $312,000 over the last 12 months, good for a median price change of 15.56 per cent, ranking 151st in Queensland.
But the following properties have fetched considerably more than the median sale price:
