A man is being escorted by paramedics off a sand dune at Carlo Sandblow, after he reportedly fell 10 metres on Friday afternoon.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said they were called to the scene at 2.00pm on Friday afternoon to reports of the fall, and worked for an hour trying to retrieve the man from the dune.
They could not confirm an age for the man, but said he suffered a sore neck as a result of the fall, but could not confirm if he would be taken to hospital.
