Man who allegedly hit victim with motorbike to face trial in September
A 56-year-old man will face trial in the Gympie court for allegedly hitting his partner with a motorbike and then refusing to take her to hospital to have her injuries treated.

A 56-year-old Gympie man who pleaded not guilty to twice breaching a domestic violence order between December 16 and 20, 2020, and March 12, 2021 had his trial date set in the Gympie Magistrates Court on Monday.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, allegedly breached the order by striking his victim with a motorbike and then refusing to take her to hospital to treat her injuries.
On a separate occasion he allegedly switched the power off to the house where he and the victim were living, following an argument.
He will face trial in Gympie on September 23.
