He pleaded guilty to all charges.

While the facts surrounding Tschirpig’s offending were not read out to the court, it heard he had an extensive criminal history.

In 2021, he was convicted of drug trafficking and sentenced to prison with a parole release date of December 2, 2022.

However, for the 34 charges in the Gympie Magistrates Court on March 29, 2022, the court heard Tschirpig had spent more than two years in pre-sentence custody, after he was detained on February 17, 2020.

Magistrate Chris Callaghan said Tschirpig would return to prison in line with his trafficking sentence, with a parole release date of December 2, 2022.

All stolen items were to be returned to their rightful owners, and all other seized items were forfeited.

A conviction was recorded.
