Jayden Alan Brehm accused of ramming police car at Lowood
A young man is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving a ute into a police car and then fleeing the scene, resulting in four people being taken to hospital.

A young Lowood man accused of ramming a police car in broad daylight and sending four people to hospital, including three officers, will remain in custody until at least March after declining to make a bid for bail.
Jayden Alan Brehm, 22, has been charged with four counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, and one each of dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and driving without a licence over the Monday, January 8 incident at Lowood, about 30km northwest of Ipswich.
Police will allege about 2.30pm a VW Amarok was driven into a police vehicle on Forest Hill Fernvale Rd before fleeing the area.
The officers and a 24-year-old woman were taken to hospital as a precaution, police said.
Mr Brehm was arrested at a Gympie property on Monday, January 15, following investigations by Ipswich and Gympie detectives.

The 22-year-old did not appear at Gympie Magistrates Court on Tuesday when his charges were mentioned.
Mr Brehm has not entered a plea and he did not apply for bail.
The court heard a brief of evidence will be provided to Mr Brehm’s lawyers, who appeared by telephone, by March 11.
His matter was adjourned until March 25.
