The Gympie Regional Council will auction off more than 35 cars, trailers, canopies and more found abandoned at various council-owned sites across the region at the end of July.

The vehicles below have been impounded by the council under s100 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995, and not claimed.

The auction will take place at 10am on Wednesday, July 31, at the council impound yard in Laurenceson Road, Gympie. People can go an inspect the vehicles from 9am that day.

If not released prior, the vehicles will be sold by auction.

They will be sold unregistered in their current condition. The council has stated it will offer no warranties and accept no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles.
