A Gympie man charged with multiple sex crimes, including indecent treatment of boys aged under 17, has had his matter held over at least until the next Gympie District Court sittings.
The man was due to appear in the court last Friday charged with three counts of indecent treatment of boys under 17, 10 counts of indecent assault on males, and two counts of unlawful indecent assault.
A District Court spokeswoman confirmed on Wednesday (July 28) that Judge Nathan Jarro granted an application when the man’s matter was mentioned in the court, while further listings had yet to be made for the matter.
