Calling all coffee lovers, The Gympie Times is searching for the region’s favourite place to grab a “cup of Joe” – a coffee.
Whether you prefer a long black, a latte, a mocha, a flat white or anything in between, coffee is loved by millions of people all over the world. Nobody seems certain of where the nickname “Cup of Joe” came from but it appeared in writing for the first time in about 1930.

It has been trademarked by Martinson Coffee, which was founded in New York in 1898 by Joe Martinson, who reportedly had a “bigger-than-life personality”.
History aside, this is your chance to have a bit of fun and vote for your favourite “cup of Joe” in the Gympie region; the place where the coffee is always great.
Readers have nominated their favourite coffee places, and the title will be battled out between 26 deliciour finalists.
