A talented photographer can capture a precious moment in such a way it is more like a work of art, and this region has an abundance of that talent. We’ve been inundated with finalists and now Gympie Times readers are being called on to vote for who is the very best.

Vote now in the poll to crown winner of best freelance photographer in the Gympie region.

Whether it’s capturing moments shared between a couple at their wedding or the laughter of a family portrait, freelance photographers have a very special task.

When The Gympie Times put the call out on Facebook for nominations, the comment section was inundated with names of talented photographers from around the region.

Reader Amanda Headley nominated Karin from Karisma Studios, and said she and her partner had their wedding photos taken earlier this year.

“Her dedication to each photo is out of this world,” Ms Headley said.

“Karin listens to her clients and delivers.”

Another nominator, Lisa Collins-Blackburn, who put forward photographer Mimi Hanmer, said the photos she received would be cherished forever.

“Mimi captured my family and children in such a natural way beautifully,” Ms Collins-Blackburn said.

Now the decision of who will be crowned the winner lies with our readers.
