Car fire at Glanmire on Bruce Highway puts woman and baby in hospital

A female adult and an infant were both transported to Gympie Hospital after an electrical car fire at Glanmire.
They were taken to hospital in a stable condition as a precaution for smoke inhalation.
The vehicle fire occurred along the Bruce Highway before 6pm on Tuesday (May 4) night.
One fire crew arrived at 5:40pm and the fire was out by 6:10pm.
