A driver has suffered facial injuries after a car crashed into a tree west of Gympie.
Emergency crews were called to the single vehicle incident about 12.48pm, with the driver taken to hospital.
The collision took place at the Wide Bay Highway and Mount Olive Road intersection at Cinnabar.
It is understood the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree.
Paramedics assessed one person who was taken to Murgon Hospital.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the patient suffered facial injuries and was in a stable condition.
Police, ambulance, and two fire crews attended the scene and removed debris to ensure the road is safe for other motorists.
The scene was cleared at 1:50pm and traffic has resumed.
