Police investigate Bruce Highway crash at Bells Bridge
Police have called for anyone who saw a serious crash north of Gympie on Thursday to come forward.

Police have urged for witnesses to come forward after a crash near Bells Bridge left two people hospitalised early Thursday morning.
Traffic on the Bruce Highway north of Gympie was blocked after emergency crews rushed to the scene about 3.30am near the Bruce Hwy intersection with the Wide Bay Highway.
A 2009 Ford Mondeo travelling southbound had landed on its side and two people were trapped inside.

QFES used hydraulic cutting gear to free them, and by 4.30am both were out of the vehicle and being assessed by paramedics at the scene, a Queensland Fire and Emergency Service spokesperson said.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the crash and police are asking for witnesses or anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage to come forward.
Investigators wish to speak with the driver of a red sedan who turned southbound onto the highway and may have witnessed the incident.
A woman in her 20s was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition with suspected spinal injuries, a QAS spokesperson said.
The other person, a man in his 20s, was taken to Gympie Hospital with a shoulder injury.
Emergency services remained on scene until 5am.
By 6.30am police had cleared the area and the warning for motorists to avoid the area or expect long delays was lifted.
