UPDATE:
A man who was attacked by a cow on Tuesday morning at Goomeri has been flown to hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics initially treated the man for critical upper body injuries, before the Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called at 8am.
It's believed the patient, aged in his 60s, had been working with cattle, when a heifer attacked him.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue pilot was able to land the aircraft on the scene.
The patient was prepared for flight, before being airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
He travelled under the care of an RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Critical Care Doctor and QAS Flight Paramedic.

A man has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after being trampled by cattle at a private property near Goomeri, west of Gympie, on Tuesday morning.
The man, of unknown age, suffered head, chest and abdominal injuries in the incident which occurred about 7.46am.
He is being flown to an as-yet unidentified hospital.
