A warrant has been issued for a Central Queensland woman facing numerous charges including serious assault of police, after her no show in court on Monday.
Megan Jean Freeman, 31, is also charged with going armed to cause fear and two counts of common assault, among other charges, and Gladstone Magistrates Court heard that she was required to be in court on September 30.
But Ms Freeman did not attend.
Solicitor Bianca Wieland said Ms Freeman was sent a letter and she was also notified “in person” last week that her appearance was required.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Merrilyn Hoskins sought a warrant.
Magistrate Mary Buchanan ordered a bail act warrant be issued to apprehend Ms Freeman and bring her before the court.
