Warrant issued for Madison Leigh Shiberras at Gladstone
After a woman facing affray and assault charges failed to turn up at Gladstone court this week, a magistrate issued a warrant to have her apprehended.

A warrant has been issued for a woman facing affray and assault charges after she failed to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court this week.
Madison Leigh Shiberras, 24, is facing charges including affray, common assault, going armed to cause fear, failing to appear and breaching bail.
In court on Monday, solicitor Stephen White said Ms Shiberras had contacted his office and advised she would be unable to attend court.
Police prosecutor Senior Constable Jessica McLaren sought a warrant.
Magistrate Mary Buchanan noted the existing fail to appear and breaching bail charges.
She declared Ms Shiberras’ bail forfeited and issued a bail act warrant to apprehend her and bring her before the court.
