Fane William McKenna, 35
McKenna blew a reading of .075 after he was intercepted by police on Dalrymple Drive, Gladstone, on January 8.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on March 4 to drink-driving.
With no prior offending of this sort, McKenna was fined $400 and disqualified from driving for one month.
Darrin Joseph Cavanagh, 47
Cavanagh blew a reading of .181 after he was intercepted at Gladstone Central on December 19.
Cavanagh pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 27 to drink-driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Cavanagh was fined $1200 and disqualified from driving for six months.
David Douglas Burnett, 45
Burnett blew a reading of .059 after police intercepted him on the Dawson Highway, Gladstone Central, on January 28.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 27 to drink-driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Burnett was fined $450 and disqualified from driving for one month.
Rebecca Judith May Spurr, 31
Spurr returned a reading of .086 after police tested her on Sun Valley Road, Gladstone, on December 19.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 27 to drink-driving.
With no previous offending of this sort, Spurr was fined $350 and disqualified from driving for one month.

Hite blew a reading of .067 after she was intercepted on Golding Street, Barney Point, on November 4.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 27 to drink-driving.

Aarron Mark Aldworth, 33
Aldworth blew a reading of .051 after police intercepted him on Sagittarius Rd, Blackwater, on November 19.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 26 to drink-driving.

Lyell was caught driving a prime mover with both methamphetamine and cannabis in his system on Roe Street, Miriam Vale, on December 10.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on March 4 to drug-driving.
With no prior offending of this sort, Lyell was fined $450 and disqualified from driving for one month.
Shaylee Nichole Bradbury, 31
Bradbury was caught driving with cannabis in her system on Herbert Street, Gladstone, on January 14.
She pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 27 to drug-driving.
With no previous offending of this sort, the hotel duty manager and mother of three was fined $350 and disqualified from driving for one month.
Charan Luxton, 40
Luxton was caught driving with methamphetamine and MDMA in his system on Douglas Street, Coolangatta, on April 6, 2019.
He pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on February 26 to drug-driving and failing to appear in court.
The court heard that Luxton had been given notice to appear in court previously but he did not attend.
Luxton was fined $550 and disqualified from driving for one month.
