Woman in 60s to be flown to hospital after Mount Maria rollover crash

A woman has been injured, and a rescue helicopter sent out after a car rollover in the Bundaberg region.

A woman in her 60s has been injured in a rollover crash at Mount Maria, about 70km from Bundaberg on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene on the eastern side of Tableland Rd, near the Mitchells Rd intersection, around 3.14pm.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the woman’s vehicle had rolled into gravel.

The LifeFlight helicopter arrived at the scene, but it was not yet confirmed where the woman would be flown to.

A police spokesman said the woman had reportedly suffered a broken arm in the crash.

Her condition was not known at the time of writing.
