A man has been flown to hospital with multiple stab wounds following a stabbing in Gladstone on Thursday night.
Police were called to a Brisbane St property at Barney Point about 11.40pm after receiving reports of an altercation.
When officers arrived on scene, a 30-year-old Barney Point man was found with multiple stab wounds and cuts.
He was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a critical condition before being flown to Brisbane for further treatment, and is now in a stable condition.
Police officers could be seen at the property on Friday morning.
Detectives from Gladstone Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
