A teen who flashed her breasts at people she wanted to fight in a Gladstone street disturbance, has been fined.
Amber Rose Holt, 18, was charged with one count of public nuisance.
In Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 4, Acting Magistrate Stephen Byrne accepted Holt’s guilty plea in writing and heard the matter ex parte.
Police prosecutor Kelvin Boyd said on June 3, Holt was involved in a disturbance at Aerodrome Rd, Clinton.
Mr Boyd said Holt became agitated with the occupants of a residence who were standing on a balcony.
The court heard that Holt was standing in the front yard and calling out to the occupants “for a physical fight.”
“While doing so, (Holt) was lifting her shirt up, exposing her breasts and using offensive words such as c--t,” Mr Boyd said.
The court heard that Holt had no criminal history.
Acting Magistrate Byrne fined Holt $250 and he did not record a conviction.
