A driver who allegedly rolled his vehicle to avoid oncoming traffic in wet conditions has been charged following police investigations.
A 24-year-old Gracemere man will face court early next year in relation to a single-vehicle traffic crash along Red Rover Road, Callemondah
on November 29.
Police allege the man was driving a white Mazda B2600 when he attempted to overtake another vehicle in wet conditions.
It is alleged the man had to slam on his brakes due to oncoming traffic which resulted in him losing control of the vehicle before it rolled multiple times.
The man was charged with one count of drive without due care and attention.
He was issued a notice to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on January 16.
