Jayce and Aria Pengelly as the werewolf from ‘There’s a Werewolf in my Tent’ and Wednesday Addams won the voting poll for Book Week costumes with nine votes.

SECOND PLACE

Latisha Gaylard

Latisha Gaylard took out second place in the poll, with her adorable Little Red Riding Hood costume receiving six votes.

THIRD PLACE

Hannah Profke

Hannah Profke finished as a close third behind Latisha, with 5 votes for her ‘Room on the Broom’ costume.

We put a call out for Book Week photos and were inundated with crazy, colourful and creative costumes.

From Dr Seuss characters to many other beloved animals and people out of books, we compiled the photos and put them into a gallery so readers could vote on their favourite.

Voting closed at 9am on Monday August 28.
