Gatton will transform into the North Pole for one evening only, as the region’s beloved Christmas Carnival returns.
North St will become a winter wonderland on December 20, with activities for young and old during the fun-filled family night.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council mayor Tanya Milligan encourages all residents to come along for a festive offering of activities, games, live entertainment, Christmas markets and more.
“The Winter Wonderland theme was so well received in 2022, we simply knew we had to bring it back,” she said in a press release.
“While our temperatures will be far from that of winter, what we can guarantee is the magic and joy that comes from this time of year.
“With fun for the whole family, this event is sure to brighten up your festive season.”
Residents can expect a visit from Santa himself and a Christmas dress-up competition.
There will be plenty of food to fill hungry bellies with a range of delicious dinner options on offer with the help of local community groups.
