Two people have been flown off Fraser Island after a crash on Eastern Beach left both injured.

Two men have been flown off Fraser Island overnight after a single-vehicle crash at Eastern Beach left both injured.

According to the Queensland Ambulance Service, the incident happened about 9.13pm on Thursday.

Paramedics attended the reported crash into washout on Eastern Beach, north of Eli Creek.

The two men involved were in a stable condition, with a man in his 20s suffering a leg injury and another man in his 20s suffering back pain.

Both were transported via RACQ Lifeflight helicopter to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Also overnight on the Fraser Coast, there was a two-car crash at Urraween.

One person was transported to Hervey Bay Hospital with wrist and shoulder pain following the crash on Central Ave at 7.14pm.
