Two trucks have collided on Pialba-Burrum Heads Rd near Mitchell Avenue at Craignish.
The crash happened about 1.15pm on Friday, with one of the trucks believed to have rolled over during the collision.
Paramedics were assessing two stable patients at the scene.
The road has reopened with traffic lights in place directing traffic through one lane.
