Jessie Lee James, Timothy Kratzke and three children found safe
Two adults and three children who were reported missing from Hervey Bay have been found “safe and well” according to police.

Two adults and three children have been located safe and well after police issued an alert on Monday after the group of five were reported missing.
In a media statement on Monday, police said Jessie Lee James, 37, Timothy Kratzke, 39, and a 9-year-old girl, 8-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy had left an Esplanade address about 11.30am and “had not me contact with anyone since”.
According to police hey were believed to be travelling in the Miriam Vale and broader Gladstone region about 10.45pm on Sunday night, about 12 hours later.
On Tuesday, police issued a statement confirming that the adults and children had been found “safe and well”.
It comes after an outpouring of concern from across the state, with the initial alert shared hundreds of times in an effort to find the group.
