Emergency crews are attending the scene of a two-vehicle crash at Eli Waters.

The crash happened at the intersection of Pialba-Burrum Heads Rd, Drury Ln, and Serenity Dr during peak hour traffic.

Two firefighter crews are on scene and Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed one of three patients was initially trapped in a car.

The patient has since been released from the car but will be taken to hospital, while the other two were assessed at the scene and declined transport to hospital.

Delays are expected, with all lanes affected as of 5pm.
